The word 'ESPWA' means 'HOPE' Haitian Creole, making it a fitting title for The Road to Hope's first-ever short subject documentary. In this moving 13-minute film, Raphaella Masson, a talented musician and founding member of The Haiti Youth Orchestra, shares her hopes for her future and the future of her country. 'ESPWA' provides viewers with a compelling glimpse into the challenges facing Haiti's next generation of leaders and changemakers. At the same time, the stories of Raphaella and The Haiti Youth Orchestra make a powerful case for investing in young people and their potential to uplift their communities by enabling them to develop their unique talents. This 60-minute event will feature the world premiere of 'ESPWA,' followed by a live-stream Q&A session, and an invitation to join The Road to Hope in unlocking the power of young people to create positive change.
